I would highly recommend Jim's Trailer Sales. We upgraded our camper, from a previously purchased camper from Jim's, since our family is growing and we needed more room. There were some issues from the manufacturer, but Jim's corrected them and now our camper is perfect. They have great salesmen, finance, and service.

We just completed our first camping trip with our 2022 Jayco 25RB. The trip was great & the trailer worked perfectly. No issues at all; thanks to Jim's for the careful inspection & ensuring the trailer was ready for use! The 25RB is the perfect couples trailer with extra room for kids on the jackknife sofa & convertible dinette.

Inspected our Jayco 25RB on Friday. Jim's Trailer Sales were great! The trailer was in perfect condition & the few manufacturer issues had been identified and corrected before we arrived. They were great throughout the sales process! We ordered in June, it arrived in Oct, and they held it until we were ready in Feb. Great price too!

I recently had some body damage repaired at Jim's Trailer Sales. The staff was great to deal with, they repaired the damage in a timely manner and my trailer looks like new again. You can't tell it was ever repaired. They did a great job. Hopefully, I won't be needing anymore damage repair, but if I do, I would definitely go back to Jim's.

We had our trailer stored and serviced at JTS for five years. The experience was excellent. Whenever there was any issue with our trailer it was handled in a timely manner. I had a hole in my diamond plating and their technician did such an outstanding job blending in a "patch" that I initially had to really look for it and thought they had replaced the whole thing. Great family atmosphere!!!!! We recently sold our camper because the kids are grown up now, but we will return to JTS when we purchase our retirement camper!!!

Just did our walk through on our first trailer! Jerry was super at explaining all the options. Even helped us get everything we needed for our first outing. Entire staff and service techs were great. Found small issue during walk through and Jerry went out of his way to make sure it was fixed. Terrific! Can't wait to start our travels!!
